Enabling Autopay for Your Scratch Plan
Navigate to the Scratch Borrower Portal, or access your account through the Scratchpay App on your iPhone or Android device. Once logged in, find the Scratch Plan you wish to set up autopay for and enable the toggle. Then, select your Payment Method. If there are no payment methods currently set, add a new credit card or ACH payment method.
Next, agree to the Autopay Authorization or review the associated terms. Once you select I Agree you will see a Success! screen confirming your enrollment in autopay.
Alternatively, from the Borrower Portal home screen you can also click on a specific Scratch Plan displaying more detailed information. On that screen enable the toggle to initiate autopay and follow the prompts as described above.
