Accidental Payments & Refunds

Accidental or Incorrect Payments: If you've made a payment for the wrong amount or entered incorrect payment details in the Scratch Borrower Portal or through the Scratchpay App, please contact our support team.

Refunds: For finalized Scratch Plans, if you did not receive all or some of the products and/or services included in your treatment plan please reach out to the practice directly to have them issue a refund from their Scratch Plan Dashboard.  Once requested and initiated, you will see your refund in your bank account in 3–10 business days.
