Apply for a New Scratch Plan Directly from your Borrower Portal or App
Navigate to the Scratch Borrower Portal, or access your account through the Scratchpay App on your iPhone or Android device. Once logged in, navigate to the portal menu to locate the My Loans tab. Then, at the bottom of the page you will see a button to Apply for a New Plan.
