How do I log in to the Scratch Borrower Portal?

Navigate to https://account.scratchpay.com/login or locate your Scratchpay Plan App on your iPhone or Android device. Start by entering the phone number associated with your Scratch Plan and select Send Code. Our system will send you an authentication code directly to your mobile phone, needed to securely access your account.

On the next screen, simply enter that code and select Confirm & Log In. If you experience difficulties, you can also ask the system to call you or reach out to our support channels for additional assistance.
