Resuming a Scratch Pay Application

If a client accidentally closes the Scratch Pay application during e-signature, there’s no need to start over. Once approved, Scratch automatically sends the borrower a secure e-signature link via text message and/or email. Clients have 7 days to complete e-signature.

Reminder Schedule

If the loan is not signed, reminders are sent at:

• 15 minutes

• 60 minutes

• 1 day

• 2 days

• 4 days

• 6 days

Important Notes

• Clients should check their email and text messages (including spam/junk).

• If the 7-day window expires, the client will need to reapply.
