What amount should I apply for?

Scratch Plans can cover medical expenses ranging from $35 up to $10,000. When filling out your application, we recommend applying for the total anticipated treatment cost. Consider consulting with a staff member at your selected practice for a treatment cost estimate and applying for the higher end of that estimate. If your bill ends up being less than your plan amount, we'll adjust your plan accordingly. If you require more funds, you can easily apply for another Scratch Plan.
