If an applicant’s credit file is found to be frozen during the application process, their application will be marked as incomplete and placed on hold until the credit is unfrozen. The applicant will receive an in-app message and an email notice titled “Notice of Incomplete Application,” prompting them to unfreeze their credit report if they wish to continue with Scratch Pay. Once the credit is unfrozen within the 30-day period, the application will processed.
