The simple answer is anytime! You can apply for a Scratch Pay plan using any internet-connected device, whether you're at home, curbside in your car, or even in the exam room. Some clients choose to apply before their healthcare appointment for added privacy and time to consider their financial options.
You may consider applying for the higher end of your medical estimate or treatment plan. If your bill ends up being less, we'll adjust your plan accordingly. If you require more funds, you can apply for another Scratch Pay plan.
All plans are valid for use up to 30 days.
