Viewing My Scratch Pay Plans
Navigate to the Borrower Portal, or access your account through the Scratchpay Plans App on your iPhone or Android device. Once logged in your home screen will display Pending, Active and Paid-Off Scratch Pay plans. Alternatively, access the portal menu and then navigate to My Loans.
The portal menu also allows you to:
Track your balance and scheduled payments
Add or delete a payment methods
Make a one-time payment
Enable or disable autopay for a specific payment plan
Apply for a new payment plan
Find a practice that accepts Scratch Pay plans
